The cheeky Kea or ‘the Clown of the Mountain’ is one of the most well known birds in New Zealand, and well known for their love of all things shiny! They are thought to be one of the most intelligent (and mischievous) bird species in the world.
This artwork was originally done in acrylic and ink on wood panel and then recreated as a digital design to enhance quality and crispness of lines and detail.
